Two floors with several divisible spaces are available for your wedding reception or evening party. The ground floor features a hall with a fireplace and dance floor. The first floor offers a main space with a view of the vineyards, as well as a lounge for more private seating. Our partially-roofed terrace connects the restaurant with the vineyard. Each floor, as well as the terrace, has its own separate bar.
These individual areas of the restaurant may be used for smaller events, upward from 15 guests.
The entire capacity of the restaurant is 80 guests in sit-down receptions with a served menu. In our buffet-style set up, we can serve 150-200 guests. When combined with the outdoor terrace, Salabka is prepared to host up to 250 of your wedding guests.
Another option is the picturesque gazebo in the middle of the vineyard, with stunning views of the city. It’s suitable for summer barbecue with capacity of 20 to 30 guests. A similar size group can also be served in the vineyard lounge with an optional banquet or barbecue in the courtyard.
The Salabka restaurant offers the option of served receptions with a capacity of up to 80 guests. Menus range from a three-course option to a five-course degustation menu with additional amuse bouche, bread selection and petit fours. We recommend pairing the menu with Salabka wines, specifically selected by our sommelier to compose a perfect culinary experience uniting both food and wine. Sample menu on request.
Our elegant and varied buffet-style reception is available in ranges from 15 to 250 guests. It makes optimum use of the diverse spaces of the restaurant, including our outdoor terrace. We are ready to organize a barbecue on the OFYR grill on either the terrace or in the courtyard, roasting a whole pig or marinated ham. Sample menu on request.
